RULES / TERMS OF SERVICE !

1. I do not tolerate any form of disrespect. Treating me in such a manner will cancel your commission.2. I require half of the payment (deposit) after the approved sketch and the rest before I send the completed piece. When it comes to doodles/sketches, payment must be upfront.3. Payments will be made with CashApp (USD). I’ll send you my information when commission details are worked out. If CashApp isn’t available, we can work it out.4. I retain the right to decline a request. No refunds will be given if you paid me half of the commission ONLY. However, you will get half of a refund if you paid in FULL! With this, sketches/doodles are NON-REFUNDABLE.5. Please be as specific as you can with your request. Send references and info! You can request minor changes (but not limited to) pose changes and color changes. Anything major will cost you for my time.6. I will not depict hateful imagery or anything of the like.7. Client is allowed to post their commissioned piece on social media or anywhere else as long as I am properly credited and there is a mention of where to find me.8. I do not condone any use or reproduction of my art like NFTs or filtered through AI. With this, I do not condone the client claiming my art as theirs (as in you drew it).Final notice: Depending on what is requested, I may charge a fee for complexity to compensate for the time spent! I will always let you know if you are being charged extra.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the above stated. If you have any questions or need clarification, please reach out!
