1. I do not tolerate any form of disrespect. Treating me in such a manner will cancel your commission. I retain the right to decline a request.2. I require half of the payment (deposit) after the approved sketch and the rest before I send the completed piece. When it comes to doodles/sketches, payment must be upfront.3. Payments will be made with PayPal. I’ll send you my information when commission details are worked out. If PayPal isn’t available, we can try to work it out.4. No refunds will be given if you paid me 50% of the commission ONLY. However, you will get 50% of a refund if you paid in FULL! With this, sketches/doodles are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are paid upfront only.5. Please be as specific as you can with your request. In order to fulfill your vision, I require references and/or descriptions.6. I will not depict hateful imagery or anything of the like. I will not draw anything I'm uncomfortable with.7. Client is allowed to post their commissioned piece on social media or anywhere else as long as I am properly credited and there is a mention of where to find me. This is required.8. I do not condone any use or reproduction of my art like NFTs or filtered through AI. AT ALL!!! With this, I do not condone the client claiming my art as theirs (as in you drew it).9. Depending on what is requested, I may charge a fee for complexity to compensate for my time spent creating. I will always let you know if you may be charged extra or if I cannot fulfill your request.10. Please communicate with me if there is a time constraint to the drawing! I will let you know if I can complete your commission on time or not. With that, as I am a college student, I will communicate if I can't complete your commission due to my schedule (whether or not there is a time constraint).Final notice: My works are for personal use only! I am a human being, so please respect me and my art throughout this entire process.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the above stated!
